9. Storage of data

Your data will be stored for the following terms:

  1. Data provided to register as a user on COPERAMA, until the user revokes the consent given. However, if the user withdraws his/her consent this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out previously.
  2. Data provided to sending CVs: for one year after the date of receipt.
  3. Data provided through the contact forms:such data will be stored for the time necessary to handle and respond to your request and, once it has been completed, during the time until the legal actions deriving from the request become statute-barred.

10. User’s responsability

The user:

  • Warrants that he/she is aged eighteen (18) years or over and that the data he/she provides to COPERAMA are true, accurate, complete and up-to-date. For these purposes, the user is responsible for the veracity of all the data that he/she communicates and will keep the information provided suitably up-to-date, so that it reflects his/her real situation.
